Small team, real software, nothing hidden

We are a small team that builds software and then keeps it running. That shapes the job: you meet the client, you see your work used, and you are the one who fixes it on a Monday morning.

Send us your work

Build it. Launch it. Run it.

Open roles

Everything we are hiring for is listed here first.

Nothing open right now

We hire when the work is there, not to fill a page. Send your work anyway: when something opens that fits, you are the first conversation rather than the first advert.

What working here is actually like

The same things we tell clients, from the inside.

  • You talk to the people using it

Not a spec passed down a chain. You hear the problem from the person who has it, and you see the screen they use every day.

  • You stay with what you build

We run what we build, so nobody gets to ship something clever and walk away from it. It changes how carefully you work.

  • Plain words, in writing

Scopes, prices and reports are written so a non-technical owner can read them. You will be asked to write that way too.

  • Small team, no politics

There is no layer between you and the decision. If something is wrong, you say so, and it gets discussed rather than managed.

How hiring works

Four steps, no games

The same process whether we are hiring an engineer, a designer or someone to run projects.

  1. Send us your work

Code, designs, a site you shipped, a thing you fixed. A short note about what the problem was matters more than a formatted CV.

  2. A conversation, not a quiz

Half an hour on what you have built and how you decided. You get to ask us the awkward questions too, and you should.

  3. A real piece of work

A small task close to what the job involves, discussed together rather than marked in secret. We tell you what we are looking for before you start.

  4. An answer either way

You hear back with a decision and the reason for it. Nobody is left waiting on silence.

Where we work

Think you would fit here?

Send the work you are proudest of and one line on why it was hard. That is the whole application.
