Our design consulting process
Four steps, and you approve the scope and the price before anything starts.
A free half-hour call
You tell us about the product, who uses it and what is going wrong. If this is not what you need, we say so on the call instead of selling a project.
Everything agreed before we start
We write down what we will look at or build, what you get, when it lands and what it costs. You approve that first. Nothing billed by the hour, nothing open-ended.
Look first, build second
The review comes first and stands on its own. If a set of parts follows, we build it against what the review found, in stages, with something to comment on each week.
It is yours, and we can keep it current
You get the files, the code and the rules, and they are yours. If you would rather not maintain them, we keep them current for a monthly fee as the product changes.
