Work that needs access to live tools, a security review on your side, or a decision nobody has made yet takes longer to begin, and we would rather say so than promise a date we cannot keep. On the call we tell you what has to happen before day one.

We tell you the moment we know, not at the end. If part of the code is more tangled than it looked, or a requirement grows once real customer information hits it, we come back with what changed, what it does to the dates and what it would cost to do properly. You decide whether to extend, drop something else, or stop at the original line. The written agreement stays the reference point for both sides.
