Decide what to build first, and what to leave out
More ideas than people to build them? We turn the ambition into a short first version, in the right order, with one number attached, and put the plan, the order and the price in writing before you commit.
Talk to a consultantBuild less first. Prove it sooner.
Product plans shaped for your industry
We know the workflows, the tools and the record-keeping rules that decide what a sensible first release looks like in each industry.
Manufacturing
Decide which plant tool comes first, attendance, maintenance or dashboards, and the number each one has to move
Automotive and garages
A first version for one branch, then a rollout order across the rest, with bay use as the measure
Healthcare
Portals and staff schedules scoped around clinic time saved, with record-keeping rules written into the plan
SaaS and technology
A roadmap that tests the riskiest guess first, and a first release your sales team can sell
Biorenewables and energy
Site tracking and compliance reporting put in the order your operators and auditors need first
Financial services
Support assistants and approval flows scoped so the first release is small, safe and measurable
eCommerce and D2C
The store rebuild list cut to what moves conversion, with everything else dated for a later release
Education and training
Course, testing and certificate features ordered by what learners and admins need first
How we work
Our product consulting process
Four steps, the plan and the price in writing before you commit.
A half-hour call
Tell us what you want to change and what is in the way. We ask what success looks like as a number. If this is not what you need, we say so.
We look at how the work runs now
We talk to the people doing the job, read what already exists and look at your figures, hunting for the gap between how the work is described and how it really happens.
The plan, the order and the price
You get the first version written down, the order of releases and one price for building it, before you commit. It is yours whether or not you carry on with us.
If you want, we build it too
The same people who wrote the plan do the work and show you something real every week. Once live, it moves to a monthly arrangement: watching, fixes, improvements and a report.

What our clients say
They shipped our support agent in five weeks and it has run ever since. Response time dropped from hours to two minutes.
More cars through the same bays, with fewer staff hours on admin. That is growth that did not cost us a new building.
The difference is they did not leave. Every month we get a report, fixes and one clear next step.
Bring us the idea, we will shape it
Bring the long list, the signed-off budget or the software nobody can prove paid off. One free call, and you leave knowing what to build first, whoever builds it.
