Old software nobody dares touch, made safe to change again
It works, but the person who built it has gone and every change feels like a risk. We read the code, get it back under control and stay to run it. Risks and price in writing before we start.

Legacy software modernized for your industry
We know the old tools, the connections and the record-keeping rules that each industry has grown up around.
Manufacturing
Old plant and stock software brought up to date, connected to the ERP, records tidied and kept live through every shift
Automotive and garages
Aging workshop and booking tools upgraded one piece at a time, with every branch still taking jobs while we work
Healthcare
Out-of-date patient and staff scheduling software patched, checked and moved to supported hosting, with the audit trail kept intact
SaaS and technology
Early versions of your product on frameworks that lost support, upgraded release by release without breaking paying customers
Biorenewables and energy
Site and compliance tools built by a contractor who has left, read, documented and made safe to change again
Financial services
Customer and approval software brought up to date, with automatic checks around the paths where a failure costs money
eCommerce and D2C
Old order, stock and store software connected to Shopify and modern tools instead of rebuilt from nothing
Education and training
Course and results platforms on old versions upgraded step by step, with student records moved on a practice copy first
How we work
Our legacy modernization process
Four steps, and we read the software before we quote.
A half-hour call, free
Tell us what the software does, what breaks and what you want to change. We say whether it is worth saving or better replaced. No charge, no obligation.
We look at it properly
We take read-only access to the code and where it runs, spend a fixed few days on it, and write up the risks in order and the cost of each route.
One price, agreed before we start
You pick a route from the report. We turn it into a written plan with dates and one price. Nothing begins until you say yes, and extras are priced first.
We do the work, then look after it
Changes go out in small releases, never one long silence, and each can be undone. Then you take it in-house, or we stay and keep it running month to month.

What our clients say
The difference is they did not leave. Every month we get a report, fixes and one clear next step.
More cars through the same bays, with fewer staff hours on admin. That is growth that did not cost us a new building.
They shipped our support agent in five weeks and it has run ever since. Response time dropped from hours to two minutes.
Find out what your old software really needs
Been quoted a rebuild and flinched? Bring the software the last developer left behind and get a second opinion: the cost of fixing next to the cost of replacing.
